If you've been playing along at home, you know I've been trying different ABR bridges over the last month. I had one more coming in from ReWind Electric Guitar Pickups which has arrived and here are my thoughts.

The construction is beautiful as is the fit and finish. Again, another vintage correct ABR that is a huge improvement over the stock bridge on my R9 but what set this one apart for me is that the overall tone seemed more balanced than the others I've tried, all the strings rang equally without any frequencies jumping out more than others. James at ReWind did a great job at aging it lightly to match the rest of the hardware on my R9 and at the end of this journey, this is the ABR I'm going with. That's not that say that there's anything wrong or "less than" with the others I've tried, they were all improvements over the stock bridge. This one is just the best fit for the guitar and tone I'm looking for. I've also discovered that pairing ABR's and pickups is definitely its own rabbit hole and one I'm not prepared to go down (yet), so I definitely suggest trying as many as you can.
Thanks to everyone who followed along, messaged me, etc., I hope this has helped out in some way. Now, onto PAF's!
